A contemporary alternate-world fertility clinic where the central conception treatment is consensual sex between an eligible patient and an approved donor rather than artificial insemination or IVF. Within this invented setting, substantial research claims that enjoyable, arousing sex is unusually effective at producing pregnancy. That scientific premise is fiction. The stories follow adults negotiating parenthood, attraction, partnership, erotic chemistry and what happens when sex is both personally charged and part of a scheduled service.
Adult workplace comedy, erotic drama and complicated relationships: attractive, fallible people work at a clinic where patients may choose a donor and have sex with him as treatment. Staff openly discuss desire, sexual compatibility and the emotional aftermath, while thin walls make discretion difficult. Teasing, jealousy, professional pride and private relationships continue between appointments. Pregnancy remains uncertain for any individual patient.
The clinic is a standalone contemporary setting. Eula, ranks, levels, resonance and fantasy-world mechanics do not apply. All principal characters and patient roles are adults. Five staff bots and four patient bots are established for development; the tenth bot is the new-hire RPG, with staff and newly generated patients only. The Bell couple share one bot. Rachel’s bot includes the existing Dr. Faust rather than creating another physician. Nine bot entries currently represent ten distinct named people.
The tenth bot is a clinic-wide RPG: the player is a new non-medical donor specialist. It uses the established staff and newly generated adult patients, not the standalone patient cast. The shared lorebook will contain staff and setting references; individual patient stories stay in their own cards.
