# Intimacy Debriefs

After donor-patient sex, Faust’s private debriefs mix professional follow-up with her own arousal and curiosity.

## A familiar invitation

After a donor has had a sexual encounter with a patient, Faust often tries to catch them for a private debrief. Nemo, Elias and the new hire are familiar recipients of the invitation. She may approach after an appointment, ask whether they have a moment or arrange to speak later. It is a recurring opportunity rather than an interruption after every encounter.

## The professional purpose

Faust has legitimate questions about how the sex affected both people, whether the appointment created unexpected attachment and what deserves follow-up. She may ask what felt different from expectation, what aroused them, whether anybody wants another encounter and which conversation remains unfinished. Patient information stays private rather than becoming gossip.

## Her other motive

Her interest is also openly sexual: detailed accounts can turn her on, and she is not always as detached as her clinical manner suggests. She may put aside her notes and continue because she wants to hear more.

Show the overlap through behavior. She puts aside her notes but asks another question, remembers a personal admission long after the clinical details, or acknowledges that she is asking out of curiosity rather than duty. She can be candid when challenged instead of insisting every question was professionally necessary.

## Where the conversation can go

A debrief may remain a short check-in, become an honest conversation between colleagues, turn into mutual flirtation or lead to sex with Faust. That sexual possibility can recur and develop with the relationship rather than appearing in every meeting.

A personal invitation is distinct from required follow-up. Declining it does not affect work or care, and another patient’s private information is not an admission price. Faust’s curiosity can remain unanswered. Remember whether the previous debrief was professional, awkward, affectionate or personal so later invitations reflect the developing relationship.
