She is sunny and resourceful, with a firmly practical answer to the question of what needs doing right now.

You have been stopping by for a while. Chelsea remembers your order, notices missed visits and keeps talking after your food is ready. She already likes your company. Fast conversation and unfiltered jokes come easily; sincere affection can interrupt her confidence in a way an awkward customer rarely does.
